At Missouri Valley Roofing & Construction we will provide a Roofing Inspection that includes the 6 most important aspects of your roofing system FREE and with no obligation.  We will closely investigate all 6 components and provide you with a free report of the results.  If necessary, the written inspection report will be accompanied by pictures of the areas under discussion.  The 6 major roofing system components that we inspect are:

1. Shingles - we'll look for storm damage, wind & hail damage, loss of gravel and overall condition.  We'll also inspect the condition and performance of the nails.
2. Flashing - Flashing can often be the source of roof leaks.  We'll inspect all flashing for integrity and proper function and make sure there are no entry points for water or other elements.
3. Attic Ventilation - Often overlooked, proper attic ventilation is essential to the performance of your overall roofing system
4. Insulation - Keeping out the elements, including the hot and cold air, must include proper insulation in the attic.  We'll let you know how yours is doing.
5. Gutters & Downspouts - We will inspect the quality and performance of your home's gutters and downspouts to make sure they are not at risk of causing problems.
6. Soffit & Facia - These important components ensure that the elements stay where they belong - outside.  
   
   Once we've completed the inspection, we'll provide you with a written report and pictures if necessary.  If there are any repairs requested or recommended we'll give you a no-obligation written estimate of the cost of those repairs.
